There are certain things you do at certain times. Such as wearing pink on Wednesdays. And posting a Top Ten Tuesday list on Tuesdays. (If you want to join in and write a post on Tuesday before you put on your pink on Wednesday, go here to learn more.) This week’s topic is all about the pictures. And that brings me to another thing that I do at certain times: I read picture books when I’m feeling sad. Maybe I’m sad and that reduces my brain capacity, so reading a short book with pictures is easier and, thus, makes me feel better. But I’m guessing it’s more about the beautiful illustrations and uplifting messages I always find in these books. They are the best. And these are some of my favorites…
